Use of the Club Card indicates acceptance of the conditions of the EQC Players Club.
β’ The benefits of EQC Players Club are intended for the use of the person listed on the account and are not transferable and may not be brokered, bartered, or sold.
β’ Participants must be 21 years of age or older, be an EQC Players Club Member, and present valid State issued identification to be eligible to participate.
β’ To qualify for Knight Status, the Players Club member must show proof of Military ID, Firefighter, Law Enforcement, or EMT badge. Spouses and family members of Military or First Responders do not qualify.
β’ Multiple cards may be issued to the same member with proper identification who want to play multiple machines at a time. However, members distributing their cards to players other than those registered to their account may have their membership revoked and all remaining benefits and privileges surrendered.
β’ EQC Players Club enrollment authorizes Emerald Queen Casino & Hotel to initiate contact with member using information provided.
β’ Dining comps, discounts, and reward points cannot be used toward alcohol, cigarettes, gratuities, and service fees.
β’ Employees may not be eligible for EQC Players Club membership, special offers, promotions, and special events.
β’ It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure that the Club Card is inserted properly into the machine or presented to a dealer on table games before engaging in play.
β’ Emerald Queen Casino & Hotel is not responsible for untracked play due to player negligence or improper insertion of the Club Card.
β’ All earnings and redemptions are subject to review and verification.
β’ Management reserves the right to adjust any point or Free Play balance resulting from malfunction, operational errors, and/or misuse.
β’ Malfunction of any hardware or software used in connection with Cardless Connect, Enrollment Kiosk, or Promotion Kiosk voids all pays, plays, awards, and prizes. Malfunctions include, without limitation, erroneous and/or unintended displays of any and every kind, including without limitation, displays made by way of video, electronic media, audio and/or printed communication.
β’ Emerald Queen Casino & Hotel will not be held responsible for any mobile service charges incurred.
β’ Adjusted, promotional, and bonus points will not be included in the determination of eligibility Club status.
β’ Club status will be evaluated based on six-month period.
β’ EQC Players Club accounts with 12 months of no activity will be considered inactive and all unredeemed points and Free Play will be canceled.
β’ Resale of complimentary items, including event tickets, is prohibited and may result in termination of your EQC Players Club card benefits.
β’ Membership in EQC Players Club may be revoked or canceled at the discretion of Emerald Queen Casino & Hotel without notice. This includes individuals that are not in good standing based on fraud or card misuse, and those individuals that are barred through regulatory agencies.
β’ All payouts will be void in the event of an active barring status.
β’ Members must surrender Club Cards upon request.
β’ Lost or stolen cards should be reported to EQC Players Club immediately. Emerald Queen Casino & Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, or for any resulting misuse.
β’ Members agree to allow their use of name, image, and likeness for promotions, advertising, and announcements without compensation, where permitted.
β’ Emerald Queen Casino & Hotel reserves the right to revise or cancel this program at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
