ARE THE HOTELS PET FRIENDLY?
While dogs are not permitted at the new Tacoma hotel, the Fife hotel will allow dogs that are under 25 pounds with a $25 per stay pet fee.
IS THE HOTEL POOL OPEN?
We are excited to allow guests at our pool & fitness center at EQC Fife.
EQC Tacoma Hotel Pool & Spa are currently closed for maintenance
ARE THE BUFFETS OPEN?
The buffets are closed until further notice, but all of our other fantastic dining venues are open!
WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION FOR YOUR RESTAURANTS, AND ARE THEY ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS?

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED TO ENTER THE CASINO?
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter the casino.
UNTIL WHAT TIME OF THE NIGHT MAY GUESTS ORDER ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES?
Alcoholic beverages are available to order until 1:30am.
IS THERE A NIGHT CLUB AT EITHER ONE OF THE PROPERTIES?
Neither of the EQC properties has a night club, but guests may enjoy thrilling gaming excitement 24-hours a day in our casinos.
DOES THE CASINO HAVE A POKER ROOM?
While neither of the EQC properties has a poker room, EQC Tacoma offers a number of exciting table games, including Let it Ride, Blackjack, Spanish 21, Fortune Pai Gow, Craps, Roulette, and more!
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM BET ON THE TABLE GAMES?
EQC guests can take advantage of a $3 minimum bet on Roulette and a $10 minimum bet on all the other table games.
IS SPORTS BETTING AVAILABLE ON THE EQC PROPERTIES?
BetMGM @ EQC Sportsbook at Tacoma features state-of-the-art sports betting and viewing technology. Bets can be placed at any of the six ticket windows and 30 kiosks.
The EQC Sportsbook excitement will soon expand with the official activation of the betting kiosks at EQC Fife.
WHAT IS EMERALD QUEEN CASINO’S CHECK CASHING POLICY?
When accompanied with proper identification, EQC is able to accept checks that meet the guidelines set by casino management. This can include personal checks, travelers checks, and business checks.
WHEN WILL THE VALET PARKING AND SHUTTLE SERVICES RESUME?
The valet parking and shuttle services are only closed temporarily and will reopen after the county pandemic restrictions have been lifted.
DOES THE CASINO HAVE SEMI-TRUCK PARKING?
Semi-truck parking is not available on our properties.
IS THERE A CHARGER AVAILABLE FOR ELECTRIC CARS?
Our properties are currently not equipped with chargers for electric cars.
IS THE OLD TACOMA CASINO STILL OPEN?
Our old Tacoma casino has been retired permanently, but our brand new state-of-the-art Tacoma facility is open, offering over 2,100 slots and more than 60 table games!
