Sous Chef

Description
Cooks on line and delegates food orders to be prepared in an order to facilitate customer service. Responsible for the quality of food and safety of staff. Ensures that all work is done quickly and is coordinated with other workers. Assists Kitchen/Chef Manager with duties and back-up.
Requirements
At least two years cooking experience in a dinner house required. Able to sauté, cook, broil, grill, and steam. Experience in fish filleting, cutting, and making a variety of sauces required. Must be fast and able to handle up to thirty-five orders at a time. Good communication skills a must. Must have patience and have ability to train others. Culinary school background preferred. Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours and have ability to lift 40 lbs.
Part Time Audio/Visual Technician

Requirements

Requirements
One year deep cleaning experience preferred, and must be able to work well with little to no supervision. Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours, and have the ability to lift approximately 75 lbs., and have the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis. Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.
